A New approach
SITREP
Strategies, Interventions , Treatments, & Recovery Enhancements for PTSD
SITREP is a Nonprofit Organization serving those in need of therapeutic intervention specific to Post Traumatic Stress.
Beginning in January 2025 and concluding in June 2025, SITREP completed its first clinical trial where over 50 individuals engaged in a unique therapeutic intervention program designed, implemented, and led by SITREP’s founder, Dr. Zachary Kuster. The purpose of this clinical trial was to collect data in an effort to evaluate and substantiate the effectiveness of this new PTSD intervention strategy.
The trial was an overwhelming success!
There are some big changes anticipated for SITREP in 2026!
As Zach’s initial research has shown such success, plans are in motion to transition efforts from research to standardized therapeutic intervention. This includes formal outreach to academic committees, research boards, and potential funding platforms. In addition, collaborative efforts are being planned to engage with broader healthcare departments and other mental health organizations for the purpose of expansion and to broaden the potential for adoption of this program on a much larger scale.
Monetary donations remain the most impactful way to support our mission.
All donations contribute directly to the advancement and sustainability of the program.
Empowering PTSD Intervention and Recovery
At SITREP, innovative therapy is the priority. Experience is the evidence we seek in an evidence-based design. Group therapy has long been used to transform lives and at SITREP, believe this is the most powerful way to leverage effective treatment for PTSD. Our methods are rooted in a unique approach that encourage healing through education and a development of clarity.
SITREP is also a hub for collaboration and innovation among mental health professionals. Another strong desire of SITREP’s founder, Dr. Kuster, is for other mental health professionals to begin refining their own practices in an effort to create higher standards of efficacy to patient outcomes.
